Jim Collins is a consultant to MCM. He has been involved in the real estate business as a broker, consultant or developer since 1971, when he co-founded Bunker Hill Real Estate in Charlestown. Married to Mary McCarthy since 1980, Jim and Mary have been associated with MCM since its inception. A former elected official, Jim adds unique value to the MCM team, especially in navigating the government agency processes. Jim learned the value of patience and commitment while training twice to run the Boston Marathon. He applies those principles to the business of real estate.
